LAM KRIYA DAILY DIET PLAN

(Highly Recommended for Lam Kriya Dhyan Sadhak)

Don't Change Medicines, Change Life Style

Soon After Wake Up @05:30 am

  • Half-litre warm water (before teeth brush)
  • After Bath / Lam Kriya Dhyan : One glass plain Amala Juice (20 ml in one glass warm water)
  • OR Kadha** (highly recommended for Gut cleansing & healing)
  • OR Kanjhi *** (highly recommended for Gut cleansing & healing)

Breakfast (10:00 am)

  • Sprouts (Multigrain) / Fruits (Apple , Pears , Papaya, Pomegranate) / Black Raisins
  • Soaked Water / Carrot - Beet-root Juices / Green Tea (any of these)

Lunch (11:00 am - 12:00 noon)

  • First finish Raw vegetables: Raw Vegetables Salad (Cucumber + Beet root + Carrot + Radish + Green leafy vegetables)
  • Than eat cooked food : Chapattis (Multigrain or Jowari) + Palak (spinach) Mungdal + Green Vegetables + Butter Milk / Curd
  • Avoid Wheat Roti & White Rice

Evening Snacks (4:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

  • Fruits / Soaked Dry fruits / nuts + Green Leafy vegetables Juice / Soup.

Dinner (7:00 pm to 08:00 pm)

  • First finish: Raw Vegetables Salad (Cucumber + Beet root + Carrot + Radish + Green leafy vegetables)
  • Than have cooked food : Palak (spinach) Mungdal Khichadi / Dalia / Green Vegitable/ Vegitable Soup
  • Avoid : Roti / white Rice / dessert / sweets / cold drinks in night

Before Sleeping

  • One Cup - Jeera + Ajwain + Saunf warm water

PLEASE NOTE

Every day 14 hours fasting to be followed from 08:00 pm to 10:00 am ( Avoid net surfing / mobile during the fasting period)

Completely Avoid

NON - VEG, Egg, Milk ,Tea, Coffee, Cold drinks, Bread, Bakery food , Packed food, Wheat, Cake, White flour (Maida), Burger, Pizza, White Rice, Iodized salt, Ice-cream, Wada Pav, Samosa, Biscuits, and Sugar Sweets, Honey, Jaggery.

Highly Recommended

Warm water full day, 7-hour sleep (10:00 pm to 5:00 am), no water intake while having food, have after an hour, 6:00 AM bath, Kundalini Yoga and Lam Kriya Dhyan (twice a day).

How to Make Kadha

Preparation Method

Take 1.5 cups of water. Add ½ inch fresh turmeric root, ½ inch ginger, 3–4 crushed black peppercorns, 1 crushed cardamom pod, ½ inch cinnamon stick, and 5–7 tulsi leaves. Boil on low flame for 10–12 minutes. Strain and drink warm with pinch of rock salt (sendha namak)

Best Time to Consume

Early morning on an empty stomach OR in the evening between 6–7 PM. One cup per day is sufficient.


Precautions

Has a warming nature; reduce quantity if you experience acidity.

Consult a doctor during pregnancy or if taking blood-thinning medications.

Avoid continuous long-term use; follow a cycle of 20 days with a 7-day break.

Traditional Kanjhi Recipe

Ingredients

Black carrots – 2 medium (or red carrots if black not available), Water – 1 litre, Rai (mustard seeds) – 1 tbsp, coarsely crushed Salt – ½ to ¾ tsp (rock salt preferred), Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch (optional)


Method

Wash & cut carrots into thin sticks (do not peel).

Crush mustard seeds coarsely (not powder).

Add carrots, mustard, salt, and hing to a glass jar.

Pour water, mix well.

Cover loosely (not airtight).

Keep in sunlight for 2–3 days (winters: 4–5 days).

Stir once daily with a clean spoon.
